We design and build original hardware audio devices for musicians and sound creators. All products are made in small batches and may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade and evolving designs. Technical specifications and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in CHF. This is a private sale — no VAT is charged or included by Profi Instruments.
• For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are your responsibility.
• Shipping costs are added separately and confirmed before payment.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, TWINT, or other methods agreed upon during the order process.
• Pre-orders may require partial or full advance payment; this will be communicated clearly before confirming your order.

4. Shipping

• We ship within the EU, Switzerland, and internationally on request.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of the batch.
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Warranty

• We don’t accept returns for change of mind.
• We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping; please contact the shipping provider to resolve claims.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access restricted areas, or infringe upon our intellectual property. All content, images, and product designs are the property of Profi Instruments unless otherwise stated.
